Choreographer · Dance Educator · Intentional Movement

I’ve been dancing for over 18 years and teaching for 8 years, with a focus in hip-hop, heels, & reggaeton.
Over time, I began to notice something important in adult dance spaces. People would come to class, enjoy themselves, and feel inspired in the moment... yet still leave unsure of their ability. They had fun, but they didn’t feel confident enough to continue.
That realization reshaped the way I teach.
I believe dance should be both enjoyable and intentional. Even when people come for fun, they want to feel progress. They want clarity. They want to leave knowing they actually learned something.
My classes focus on mindful training. Breaking movement down, understanding where it comes from, and learning how to apply it to your own body. I emphasize technique, musicality, control, and expression, while also addressing the mental side of dance that is often overlooked.
Beyond classes, I value performance and collaboration. Dance becomes powerful when people come together with intention — whether through choreography, live performances, workshops, or creative events where dancers feed off one another’s energy and growth.
My approach is rooted in gratitude for our God-given ability to move and create. I see dance as stewardship of the body. Using movement with purpose, respect, and confidence.
I continue to train as a student myself, because learning never stops. Staying curious allows me to teach and choreograph with depth, empathy, and integrity.
Whether you’re stepping into dance for the first time, refining your skills, or seeking performance opportunities, this space is for dancers who want more than surface-level experiences.
