What level is this training?
This is an intermediate-level experience. It’s best suited for dancers who already have a basic foundation and are ready to be challenged, grow in their performance quality, and push beyond their comfort zone.
What can I expect from the training?
This is a two-day intensive experience designed to both train and elevate you.
Day 1:
Focused, high-level training. We’ll break down movement, build technique, and work on performance, musicality, and confidence through intentional drills and choreography.
Day 2:
This is your performance + content day. You’ll come camera-ready (hair, makeup, styled), and we’ll refine choreography, capture video content, and create visuals that reflect your growth and presence as a dancer.
What Should I Wear?
